Jiangxi Academy of Sciences Biological New Materials Co., Ltd. is located in Jiujiang City, Jiangxi Province, with registered capital of RMB 206.50 million. We are dedicated to environmentally friendly bio-based materials and are a manufacturer of high-performance polylactic acid (PLA) materials and their monomers.

      Founded in 2008 and building on over a decade of technology from our founding shareholder Jiangxi Academy of Sciences Biotechnology Co., Ltd., we have continued to advance core technologies in non-grain biomass saccharification, lactic acid purification, lactide synthesis, PLA synthesis, and large-scale production of stereocomplex PLA, achieving major breakthroughs and owning world-leading core technology for the non-grain biomass-lactic acid-PLA green industry chain. Guided by the philosophy of "environmentally friendly, green ecology," we began building China's first integrated non-grain biomass-lactic acid-PLA production demonstration line in 2011, with the first-phase thousand-ton demonstration line completed and commissioned at the end of 2017.

      Since 1999, our founding shareholder Jiangxi Academy of Sciences Biotechnology Co., Ltd. has taken developing China's biomass-lactic acid-PLA circular economy as its mission. Through independent innovation, it developed world-leading high-purity L-lactic acid production technology with optical purity above 99% and quality indices exceeding GB2023-2003 and international standards including USP, EP, JP, BP, and FCC. A ten-thousand-ton high-purity chiral lactic acid production platform was built with mature lactic acid industry technology. The company also undertook and completed five national and provincial R&D projects related to high optical purity L-lactic acid and polymerized lactic acid, all passing appraisal as internationally advanced and domestically leading, with multiple technologies industrialized for strong economic and social benefits.
